Pasithea – aquamarine and sterling silver necklace

There are few stones so serene and yet as mysterious and complex as aquamarine. This piece is almost 21 inches of complexity lurking beneath the most beautiful pale aqua colour in the world.
This unique necklace is made for clothes where it can shine – so let it! Wear it with white, pastels, blues, greens, chocolate browns and black. It will be the only accessory you need with your favourite little black dress and will take you from the boardroom to restaurant to club without thinking! It will add elegance to a casual outfit and won’t detract from your professional attitude at work.
The gorgeous luxe aquamarine stones graduate in size from a reasonable size at the side to pretty big in the front! Now if this whole necklace was the same, you would have a job in itself holding your head upright all day! But I’ve solved this dilemma and added a modern twist to the whole piece by adding some sterling silver and then going into small wheels of more aquamarine (the same cut that gives each of the larger stones a bit of breathing space by sitting in between them).
If you want more of course, there is also a matching bracelet and earrings – the whole ensemble will take you down the red carpet with ease!
Finished with a C shaped clasp, the necklace is approximately 20 ¾ inches / 52.5cm in length.
A glorious piece had to have a suitable name and I settled on the name of the ocean nymph Pasithea, who was known in Greek mythology as “all divine”.
