Angelic and otherworldly, this incredibly attractive necklace is at once demure and bold, romantic and mystical.
Blue chalcedony in the softest blue with a slight lavender glint has been cut into large faceted nuggets. Separating each elegant blue stone, are tiny argentinium sterling silver balls and glinting squares of faceted rock crystal quartz.
Wear this necklace for a special evening out for some added glamour - it automatically lends itself to a strapless gown, yet I keep picturing it with a crisp white open necked shirt worn over a full cut black silk skirt with a cinched waist, a la 1950s and Audrey Hepburn. Alternately, wear it on a sunny day with your favourite sundress for a touch of glittering elegance.
Approximately 17 inches / 43cm in length with a focal drop of 1 ¾ inches / 4.5cm. Finished with a sterling silver square toggle clasp.
